COVID-19: Strengthening CommUNITY in Isolation

Donation protected
We can continue to share love, even in isolation.

During times like this, concerns raise about what this means for childhood hunger in our city. According to the United Way, 1 in 4 children living in Winnipeg suffer through poverty. Now, more than ever, no family should have to worry about whether they are able to put food on the table.

To address this issue, we have partnered with nonprofit social services, Knowles Center and local business, Food Fare, to provide relief to several vulnerable families impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. With your help, families of 3-6 will receive a month’s worth of groceries, or a gift card to 1 of Food Fare's 5 family owned stores, ranging from $300- $350 dollars. Our goal is to provide relief to as many families as we can during this global pandemic.

Please join us as we unite through isolation, to help prevent vulnerable households from falling deeper into poverty. We thank you in advance for your generosity. Let’s continue to stay safe and spread love.
