In our efforts to raise support for the seven "street kids" in Akram's acrobatics group, we've identified an affordable and safe house. Three months' rent is required to secure a house in Uganda. Other expenses include beds and bedding, basic furniture, a gas cooker and cooking supplies, food, etc.

Beyond that time frame, we're discussing sustainable solutions, such as a small business that can operate from that home. Regardless of what you're able to support with or not, we truly appreciate you being with us on this journey. It means a lot to us, and we thank you from the bottom of our collective hearts.

Amendment: My goodness, we've surpassed our goal! We are blown away by the show of support, and you have left us speechless! Gratitude isn't a big enough word for how we all feel right now! Thanks to this show of support, we are now talking about what will be needed for the business to support the house and kids long term. Brian and Akram want to start a chicken business, and we have a good friend who can advise us with that. So the amounts over our goal amount will be going towards starting that business. It will be sustainable and be able to support the kids' and house needs after the initial 3 months. Thank you so very much!!
