Hello, I’m Tatiana Soldatova, Chair of the Board at Street Haven.

Currently they are experiencing a shortage of feminine products for women and I am reaching out to my community for support. One box of products costs around $8 - so anything you can to contribute will help a woman in need.

At Street Haven, we believe that every woman deserves safety, dignity, and a place to belong. For over five decades, we’ve been here for women experiencing homelessness, trauma, addiction, and life transitions — offering not just shelter, but a pathway to rebuilding lives.

They have incredible programs to help women on their journey:

• Emergency Shelter, providing safety, warmth, and stability when a woman needs it most.

• Supportive Housing, where women can rebuild long-term independence in a safe, respectful environment.

• Addiction Treatment Programs, including our abstinence-based Live-In Treatment Centre — one of the few for women in Toronto.

• Learning & Life Skills, empowering women in employment readiness, literacy, financial confidence, and personal growth.

• Trauma-informed counseling and wrap-around supports, because healing takes time, care, and community.
