Thank you for visiting this fund raising site. SHAPE is a volunteer group of local residents working to ensure south Stratford communities are informed, represented and heard. We are specifically working to get changes made to the South Warwickshire Local Plan, which has approximately 2,700 houses allocated to the south Stratford area - that means around 4 times the number of houses as on Trinity Mead estate.

This will of course impact traffic , green spaces and infrastructure such as schools and healthcare services.

To campaign effectively we urgently need funds to pay for our website, flyers and banners and, unless we can find a lawyer and planning expert willing to work for free, we will also need to be able to pay for legal and planning advice.

Any donation, however small, will be used to directly fund our campaign. Funds may also be used for supporting legal or professional costs of other groups in the area allied to our campaign.

Funds will not be spent on committee or members costs - such as fuel, time, car parking or refreshments. Funds will not be used for any political party donations.

At the dissolution of SHAPE any unspent funds will be distributed to one or more local charities focused on supporting nature, children or the homeless.

Thank you for your donation, it is greatly appreciated.

It's a pretty complicated process so please see the guidance on our website.

For further information about the RPG consultation on the proposed development of around 420 houses on the Banbury Road, please visit: https://stratfordsoutheast.co.uk/. This is urgent as the developers plan to put in a planning application in September.
