Help Bring Story Barker Home

Shelby and Emily have (finally!) been cleared to travel to Taiwan this month and bring their 3rd daughter, Story, home FOREVER.

The Barkers began their adoption journey way back in 2014, and were matched with--and saw the face of--their daughter for the first time in 2017. She is the answer to years of prayer and hoping.

Last August Story met her parents face-to-face for the first time during Shelby and Emily's first 10-day trip to Taiwan. 

Adoption comes with enough challenges without factoring in the astronomical monetary costs. Between the two trips to Taiwan and the administrative fees, tens of thousands of dollars are and have been spent to bring Story home. 

While the Barkers spend this money joyfully, and count it as easily worth every penny, we want to bless this new family of  6 by taking as much of the financial burden off them as possible so that they can fully focus on their new family member, her needs, and navigating their new life as the Barker 6!

We love this family so much and have all benefited from and been served by having them in our lives. We are thrilled to be able to bless them tangibly in this way (and in prayer!).
