Stormy Weather K9 SAR Supply Emergency Deployment to Jamaica
Right now, our teams are mobilizing for deployment to Jamaica and neighboring Caribbean nations devastated by Hurricane Melissa. Entire communities have been cut off, medical facilities in the Black River region have been completely destroyed, and thousands are stranded without power, water, or shelter.
We’re raising funds to support this critical mission — covering:
• Air transport for personnel and K9 Search & Rescue units
• Emergency medical and rescue supplies
• Communication and logistics systems for coordination in isolated zones
• Shelter, food, and water for survivors and volunteers
Every dollar helps get boots and paws on the ground where lives are hanging in the balance.
Who We Are
Stormy Weather K9 SAR Supply was born out of disaster. In 2024, when Hurricane Helene devastated Western North Carolina, volunteers across the country joined forces to bring aid to the Appalachian Mountains. Among them were two determined responders — myself and Taylor Dover — who united to organize large-scale relief efforts for families cut off by flooding and destruction.
Since that storm, our network has grown into a nonprofit that’s responded to nine natural disasters, providing:
• K9 Search & Rescue support
• Air and ground logistics for critical supplies
• Medical and survivor aid coordination
• Base camps and housing for displaced families
Our mission is simple: to equip those who save lives — with a focus on veteran-led K9 SAR teams, whose courage, skill, and compassion bring hope to communities in chaos.
Now, as Hurricane Melissa leaves widespread devastation across Jamaica and nearby regions, we’re answering the call once again — not because it’s easy, but because it’s necessary.
