Stop the fire sale of assets in Surrey Heath

My name is Attieh Fard. I am a local resident and business owner in Surrey Heath. Surrey Heath Borough Council has made a decision to market various lands including:

Woodend Road car park in Deepcut,

Land at Holly Hedge Road, Frimley and

Land to the rear of 361-365 London Road Camberley.

Many people have told me that sale of these lands will be damaging to the local economy, businesses and the local community.

I want to seek advice from a barrister about the legality of any future decision for sale and what we can do as a community to stop the sale.

Costs of the barrister is £1200; I would be grateful if the community would support me in raising the funds so that I can arrange conference with counsel and receive the advice. I will thereafter share the advice with the community.
