URGENT FUNDRAISING NEEDED

Help Us Protect Kelvedon – Support the Campaign to Stop Kings Dene

There are currently around 2,500 homes in Kelvedon and Feering. If Kings Dene goes ahead, it will quadruple the size of the two villages.

Our community has already come together in an incredible way. Thank you to everyone who has contributed so far — your generosity shows just how strongly people feel about protecting the character, environment, and infrastructure of our village.

We now need to raise a further £5,000 to strengthen our case and take the campaign to the next level.

Why we’re raising funds

To effectively challenge the Kings Dene proposal before key decisions are made in February, we need to invest in two essential areas:

1. Professional Traffic & Infrastructure Analysis

Independent expertise is critical. The developer’s plans will significantly impact local roads and services in Kelvedon and Feering. A credible, specialist-led traffic assessment will help us present strong, evidence-based objections to councillors and planning officers.

2. Campaign Materials to Reach Every Resident

To ensure the whole community is informed and empowered to take action, we’ll be investing in:

   •   Leaflets for door-to-door distribution

   •   Posters and banners

   •   Public meeting materials

   •   Online outreach tools

These will help us mobilise hundreds more residents to submit objections, attend meetings, and make their voices heard.
