Stand With Those Targeted by Green GEN Cymru Ltd

Across Wales, livelihoods and communities are under threat as Green GEN Cymru Ltd (GGC) and other developers seeking to force access to private land for their pylons, putting local farmers and residents in the crossfire.

We need to stand together to support the campaign to underground cables. Time is of the essence - we must act now before it’s too late!

Your donations to the fund will enable:

• Legal support and advice to provide a coordinated defence in response to developers’ strategies.

• Ensure that landowners approached by GGC are not compelled to sign licenses due to an inability to afford independent legal representation or as a result of intimidation stemming from GGC's claims for excessive legal costs;

• Fund an informed publicity campaign and events to highlight the risks of the precedent set by GGC’s actions.

• Help protect Wales and its people from corporate exploitation.

• Support the resilience and emotional well-being in communities directly impacted by Green GEN Cymru and developers

This is about protecting our country and the livelihoods, wellbeing, homes, rights, and communities who live here. Ledled Cymru, mae bywoliaethau a chymunedau dan fygythiad wrth i Green GEN Cymru Ltd (GGC) a datblygwyr eraill geisio gorfodi mynediad i dir preifat i'w peilonau, gan roi ffermwyr a thrigolion lleol yng nghanol yr anghydfod.

Mae angen i ni sefyll gyda'n gilydd i gefnogi'r ymgyrch i roi gwifrau o dan ddaear. Mae amser yn hanfodol - mae'n rhaid i ni weithredu nawr cyn ei bod hi'n rhy hwyr!

Bydd eich rhoddion i'r gronfa yn galluogi:

• Cymorth cyfreithiol a chyngor i ddarparu amddiffyniad unedig cryf mewn ymateb i strategaethau datblygwyr.

• Sicrhau nad yw tirfeddianwyr a dargedir gan GGC yn cael eu gorfodi i lofnodi trwyddedau oherwydd anallu i fforddio cynrychiolaeth gyfreithiol annibynnol neu o ganlyniad i fygythiad sy'n deillio o hawliadau GGC am gostau cyfreithiol gormodol;

• Ariannu ymgyrch gyhoeddusrwydd gwybodus a digwyddiadau i dynnu sylw at risgiau y cynsail a osodwyd gan weithredoedd GGC.

• Amddiffyn Cymru a'i phobl rhag ecsbloetio corfforaethol.

• Cefnogi'r gwytnwch a lles emosiynol y cymunedau yr effeithir arnynt yn uniongyrchol gan Green GEN Cymru a datblygwyr.

Mae hyn yn ymwneud â diogelu ein gwlad a'r bywoliaethau, lles, cartrefi, hawliau, a chymunedau sy'n byw yma. Mae pob rhodd yn cyfrif a bydd yn gwneud gwahaniaeth gwirioneddol i ddod â ni'n agosach at atal GGC yn ei draciau. Gyda'n gilydd, gallwn ymladd yn ôl a dangos i Green GEN Cymru a datblygwyr eraill na fydd Cymru'n cael eu dychryn.
