Hi, I'm Sapphire and a member of the group Opposition To The Planned Removal of Green Belt Land In S13. Concerned residents and people who use the green belt sites on both Handsworth's Finchwell and Bramley-Beaver fields, seek to prevent Sheffield City Council's plans to build almost half the city's proposed 4,000 homes, in such a small area of the city.

Schools, healthcare services and our roadways are already at their limits. And with the removal of green spaces for new homes, not only will there be nothing to absorb existing pollution, but even more will be generated by the vehicles and housing the plans bring.

As people who care about this issue deeply, we are working hard to fight Sheffield City Council's plans. However, we now need resources such as planning experts, that require funding.

Please give what you can to help preserve this space for generations to come and prevent even more spaces like ours being allowed to be destroyed.
