Buendia Concrete, LLC is planning to build a permanent industrial concrete batch plant that will negatively affect several communities within and around the Magnolia area.
Our GO FUND ME campaign allows you to assist in funding the legal & environmental, communication, and grass-roots organizing efforts that will be necessary to STOP THE BUENDIA CONCRETE BATCH PLANT.

Note: Beneficiary/Caretaker of all funds is the Committee To Stop The Buendia Concrete Batch Plant which has retained legal representation and will be initiating actions against Buendia Concrete, LLC.
