Stop Alice Bright Lane Development

Please help the efforts to the Stop Alice Bright Lane Development.
Alice Bright Lane is a narrow lane at the edge of Crowborough. The area is wooded and agricultural with ancient woodland. Some low-density housing is scattered around, and two old people's homes are adjacent. There are no pedestrian footpaths to the town. The new developments, totalling 37 new houses, will add to already dangerous traffic and pollution on the Lane and ruin one of the few rural spots close to Crowborough. It is outside the Town's development area. Crowborough is already short of infrastructure, doctors, dentists etc. The community of Crowborough needs to be heard. Crowborough Town Council has unanimously rejected both developments of 33 and 4 houses, but Wealden District Council (WDC) will make the critical decision. Thanks to your fantastic support, we have just exceeded our initial target of £5,000 ! Funds raised will be used wholly to support opposition to this application to WDC, including any payment needed for flyers/posters and any necessary professional Planning and Transport advice. Any surplus funds will be donated to local Charities or other similar groups in Crowborough. For more details, please click on the link below. Thanks for your help - we need all you can spare.
