UPDATE:
Thank you so much for sponsoring our London-to-Brighton charity walk in support of Target Ovarian Cancer research!

We completed our goal two weeks ago — setting off at 4 AM on Friday and, after over 38 hours of walking, eating, power-napping, and occasionally staring into the middle distance (mostly wondering why we agreed to this), finally crossed the finish line just after 4 PM on Saturday.

In that time we:

Took 147,576 steps (roughly enough to walk to the moon… if the moon were slightly closer)

Covered 63 miles (and yes, our knees are still filing complaints)

Fought off 5 aggressive hornets (the true heroes of the day)

Navigated 4 thorn-filled paths (ouch)

And kept going despite being 3 absolutely shattered lads (more broken than our sense of dignity)

It was brutal, exhausting, and yes — every blister, sore muscle, and aching joint was worth it. Thanks to your incredible support, we raised £2,720 for vital ovarian cancer research.

We’ve just about recovered now (or at least, we think we have), and from the bottom of our blistered feet to the very tips of our tired toes: thank you. Your generosity made every step meaningful — and gave us an excellent story to exaggerate for the next decade.

I'll leave this fundraiser open, so we can keep giving cancer the boot together
---------------------------------------
We’re walking 100km for charity — not for fitness or to challenge ourselves, but for friendship. The friends who are still here, the ones we’ve lost, and the ones quietly battling on.

We are nothing without our friends, so when an organisation helps keep a close one in our lives, we think that organisation is worth supporting. They’ve went the distance, they helped our friend go the distance and now it’s our turn.

So on August 22nd we’re stomping from London to Brighton not just for the lovely blisters but to raise money to fight ovarian cancer.

So donate what you can and help us give cancer a good booting.

Target Ovarian Cancer is the UK's leading ovarian cancer charity. We work to improve early diagnosis, fund life-saving research and provide much-needed support to women with ovarian cancer.
