Dear community,
We need your help to cover our Meetup group's expenses.
Our upcoming expenses include:
- Meetup Fee: $288 every six months. This will allow us to maintain our Meetup account through the end of 2026.
- Event Costs: We would appreciate your contribution towards some of the group costs, e.g., Zoom subscription for virtual events = $23/month, firewood for bonfires = $50 per event, etc.
- In order to keep our events affordable for everyone, we would like to offer subsidies for ticketed events and other individual event costs for members facing financial barriers.
Every dollar raised will go towards these expenses. Surplus funds will cover event costs and next year's Meetup fee.
