Hi, this is Chuck and Norma Arbaugh and we are here to try and help our son, his wife, and their baby.

Sunday night, the sprinkler in their condo went off and flooded their bedroom and bathroom, causing water damage down the hallway and into the baby's room.

The fire department came and turned off the water; however, the next morning, someone went into the maintenance room and turned the water back on, and the sprinklers went off again, this time flooding the entire condo.

They have lost everything.

They are devastated, which is understandable. They are having to miss work to get things started with the insurance company, etc.

Hopefully, they will be getting temporary housing. (UPDATE: They are in temporary housing at a hotel suite, soon to be put into a Towne home for atleast 3 months)

These kids have worked hard, hardly ever missing work, to have what they have now lost.
