Hi everyone. I don't ever ask anyone for money and neither does my sister but I really feel like I need to do this for her. On Saturday morning (12/17 ) she called her daughter, Alexis Patrica, and said she had severe head pain and couldn't get her words out the right way. She was taken by ambulance to Upstate Hospital in Syracuse. After doing a CT scan they saw a suspicious spot in her brain. An MRI was done and she was immediately taken into surgery to have a 19mm abscess removed from the left side of her brain. She is currently recovering slowly and has some issues with her speech. They say this will get better with time. She will be going home with a special IV and will need IV medication for at least 6 weeks. Being a self-employed massage therapist she is going to be out of work for an undetermined amount of time. I know it is the holidays and money is short for everyone but any little bit will help. Steph is the first one to step up and help other people. I am hoping to help her out in this time of need. Thank you and please keep her in your prayers. Much love,
