My name is Stephan. I am a dedicated father seeking contact and access to desperately seeing my young son.

I’m reaching out to ask for your support. I would not ask unless I had to, but I am now reliant upon the kindness of friends and well-wishers.

Unfortunately, the simple fact is that I need to raise funds to cover urgent legal costs to obtain shared custody.

These proceedings have forced me to exhaust all my savings just to remain present in his life.

So far, I’ve spent over £13,000 on just two brief court hearings. My solicitor have told me the next hearing in August is estimate to cost £10,000 - but I am informed that the costs may ultimately exceed £60,000 for all the upcomming hearings.

That is a hugely daunting prospect. As a full-time working parent with no financial cushion, this burden is far beyond what I can manage.

But I refuse to give up. I plan to approach this step by step, raising money for each hearing as it comes.

My son is just three years old and deserves to have both his parents involved in his life. I’ve been a loving and supportive father, cooking for him, preparing him for nursery, and cherishing every moment we have together. I am determined to be engaged in his upbringing.

The funds raised will go directly towards legal representation, court filings, and gathering the evidence necessary to ensure a fair resolution.
