Step Up for Rosebud Reservation Youth: Donate Shoes Today
Tax deductible
The Rosebud Indian Reservation in South Dakota is home to a resilient and inspiring Lakota community—but also faces the challenges of extreme poverty. This summer, the Boys & Girls Club of Rosebud has made a simple but urgent request: shoes.
Many of the youth who want to participate in summer activities don’t have proper footwear. That means no sneakers for games, no sandals for the heat, and no hiking shoes for outdoor programs. For some, this basic need is the difference between being included or left out.
We’re coming together to change that.
This campaign is raising funds to purchase new athletic shoes, hiking shoes, and socks for kids and teens at the Rosebud Boys & Girls Club.
Our goal: $5,000
All donations will go directly toward buying and delivering new shoes for the kids in time for summer programming. Every $25 helps buy a quality pair of shoes—no overhead, no fluff—just real impact.
How You Can Help:
- Donate whatever amount you can—every bit helps.
- Share this campaign to spread the word.
Let’s make sure every child at Rosebud can walk, run, play, and participate with confidence and dignity.
Wóphila (thanks) for your generosity and support.
