UPDATE - MISSION COMPLETE!

We are a group of six college students from the south taking on the challenge of climbing Scafell Pike, the highest mountain in England, to raise money for Dementia UK—a cause that’s close to our hearts. Like so many others, we've seen how dementia can affect not only those diagnosed, but their families and loved ones too. It’s a condition that touches people of all ages and backgrounds, and we want to do something meaningful to support those living with it. By pushing ourselves physically and mentally, we hope to raise awareness and vital funds for the specialist nurses who provide life-changing support to families facing dementia. Every step we take is for someone who can’t—and with your help, we can make a real difference.

We plan to make this a re-occurring experience. Over the next year whilst at college, we are planning to complete all 3 major peaks in the UK. This starts with Scafell Pike in the Lake District, Snowden in Wales, and finally the biggest of all, Ben Nevis in Scotland. For each climb, we hope and aim to increase the money raised, and hopefully make some sort of impact for a lot of people.
