Why We're Raising Funds

As we approach another school year, we’re turning our focus to an urgent and often overlooked need in our community—shoes for children in need within Conroe Independent School District (CISD).

Through conversations with local educators and families, we’ve learned that many children are going to school without proper footwear. Whether it’s tennis shoes for recess or simple flats for daily wear, too many students are in need of the basics that most of us take for granted.

We believe no child should have to worry about having shoes that fit, feel safe, or allow them to participate fully in school life.

How You Can Help

All funds raised through this GoFundMe campaign will be used to purchase new shoes in sizes Child 12 through Youth 6, focusing on tennis shoes and flat dress shoes. These will be distributed directly to CISD students identified as needing support.

Your generosity will put confidence on their feet, dignity in their stride, and a little joy in their day. Together, we can show these children that their community sees them, values them, and is here to walk alongside them.
