Our dad, Larry, has been living with heart failure since 2021. It has been a long road of uncertainty, ongoing medical care, multiple hospitalizations, and continued perseverance.
In January, we got word that he has been approved for a heart transplant. On February 13, he underwent a bridge procedure to stabilize his condition while he waits for the right donor match, and he will remain in the hospital under the care of his medical team until that time comes.
The financial toll of years of treatment is real, and the road ahead is still uncertain. For those who know Larry, care about him, and want to support him in a tangible way during one of the hardest chapters of his life — this is a place to do that. Every contribution is appreciated, as are the continued thoughts and prayers of those following his journey.
