In 2024, my world shifted when I lost my dad to suicide. As I tried to make sense of my grief, I kept thinking about how many people struggle quietly, feeling like no one would understand them. I didn’t want anyone else to feel that alone. That’s how the Stay Another Day Movement was born. I started it as a simple idea: to remind people, in the most human, personal way, that their life matters and that there’s always a reason to stay one more day.
What began as a small project has grown into something real. I’ve created a website, resources, stickers, shirts, and signs that people can hold up at walks and events. I host tables at mental-health awareness walks, give out affirmation cards, talk to families, and help people feel seen. Stay Another Day isn’t an organization backed by money or a big team. It’s just me, showing up wherever I can, turning my experience into support for others.
Every time someone tells me they felt comforted or less alone because of something I shared, it reminds me why this matters. I want to keep expanding this movement by printing more materials, covering event fees, creating new resources, and reaching more people who need hope. My goal is to build a space where no one feels invisible, and where even one moment of connection can make a difference. Your support will help me remind others that they are not alone and that their lives matter. Every contribution brings hope to someone who needs it.

All contributions go directly toward awareness projects, outreach, and resources created by Stay Another Day Movement.
