Louisiana Flood Donations & Relief
Donate to help those impacted by recent flooding.
With the recent historic flood levels, thousands of people are without homes, food, or clean water.
My name is Nate Keen, from Fort Collins, Colorado. The purpose of this fundraiser is to raise money to buy much needed supplies and deliver them to the most affected areas. Some funds will be earmarked for travel, but the rest will be used entirely to buy donations. These donations and my time will be used to support United Way, Red Cross, and any other group or person in need.
I will be leaving on September 2nd to drive the donations to Hammond, Louisiana, where I will stay for a week to volunteer and coordinate for a longer trip to follow. If you have items you wish to donate, please get in contact with me.
The following items are needed:
Buckets, bleach, cleaning detergent, mops, Shockwave for mold, mops, brooms, paper towels, large garbage bags, rubber gloves, masks, scrub brushes, scouring pads, sponges, air freshener, toiletries, hand sanitizer, shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, hand soap, adult diapers, disposable razors, shaving cream, toilet paper, diapers for babies, baby wipes, baby food, baby formula, sippy cups and bottles, pet cages, kennels, leashes, collars, pet food, cat litter, bottled water, nonperishable food items and school supplies
Thousands are suffering, and will continue to do so until we help. All it takes is a small amount to make a big difference. Thank you for anything you can give.
