Our world is facing complex and urgent issues that demand our attention. Climate change, social inequality, and economic instability are interconnected problems that require holistic solutions. The lack of awareness and action towards alternatives is causing a lot of panic.
But we believe this can change.
Kreashon is a movement and an organization researching, educating, advocating, and acting for harmonious co-existence between people and planet. Our goal is simply to empower individuals by providing them with knowledge to understand the interconnectedness of our social, environmental, and economic systems and issues; the tools to design solutions, the platform to amplify their voices and the community to support them in (co) creating a new paradigm based on abundance, equity, and sustainability.
Where are we now?
We stand on the cusp of a momentous endeavor. By summer 2024, we're opening the doors to Kreashon Hub, nestled in the heart of Bonaire. More than just a headquarters, this space has endless possibilities—a hub for collaboration, a cradle of innovation. This space is designed to be multifunctional and houses a co-working space, media production studio, and vertical garden.
This crowdfunding campaign is gathering funds to propel our movement forward. With the funds we will do the necessary renovations in order to set up our first physical hub on Bonaire, from which we will be researching, creating educational courses, offering trainings to locals. In addition to, managing the online community. In the future we hope to have more physical hubs in other countries and to collaborate with hubs across the globe.
Why Bonaire?
Like many islands in the Caribbean and around the world, Bonaire is on the brink of drastic change due to the effects of climate change. Rising sea levels, increasing heatwaves, and the looming threat of stronger storms are all challenges that await us. However, there are still opportunities to make a difference and to do so in a way that is harmonious with the environment.
To ensure the hub's effectiveness, we want to set shop in Kralendijk, the city center and one of the areas at high risk of flooding due to rising sea levels. As one important function of the hub, is as a living lab for climate adaptation and crisis recovery. Focusing on rapid prototyping, testing, and upscaling innovations.
We can't embark on this journey without you. Your contribution helps bring Kreashon Hub to life. The first steps? Reviving the ground floor, setting up a vibrant vertical garden—an embodiment of sustainable life. Later, the upper level takes form, thanks to your generous support.

*We will renovate using the principles of circular economy: Reducing, Reusing, Refurbishing, Repairing and Recycling. This is not only in line with our sustainability values, but we hope to reduce costs in the process. If any amount is left over from the renovation budget, it will flow towards the vertical garden and research & development.
