Hi, I’m Taylor and I am running the Belfast City Half Marathon on 21 September 2025 to raise money for the volunteering service at Start360. Start360 operates across Northern Ireland with a mission to empower individuals and communities. They are a cornerstone of community resilience—helping people flip their lives around when they need it most. At the heart of Start360 are the volunteers who make this possible.

Volunteers are absolutely central to fulfilling Start360’s mission—they’re not just helping out, they’re living proof of what Start360 stands for: empowerment, transformation, and community-led change. Start360 volunteers have lived experience with addiction, mental health, and justice system involvement. Their journeys make them powerful mentors and role models, and this creates a cycle of empowerment: those who were once supported become the supporters, showing others that change is possible.
