Help Us Start a Music Program at Ripples of Hope!
At Ripples of Hope School in Uganda, we believe every child deserves the chance to discover and develop their unique talents. Music is a powerful tool that inspires creativity, boosts confidence, and brings communities together. Yet, many of our students have never had the opportunity to touch a musical instrument or express themselves through sound.
That’s why we are launching a campaign to raise €2,700 to establish a vibrant music department at our school—combining both traditional Ugandan and modern instruments.
What We’re Fundraising For:
With your help, we will purchase 2 of each of the following:
- Traditional instruments: Endongo, Amadinda, Engoma, Adungu, Ensaasi (rattles)
- Modern instruments: Acoustic guitars, keyboards, drum kits, microphones, amplifiers
- Additional essentials: Music stands, storage units, and learning materials
Why It Matters:
Many of our students come from under-resourced communities. Access to music education can provide healing, hope, and a sense of identity. It will also introduce children to career paths in the creative arts and cultural preservation.
How You Can Help:
Your donation—no matter the size—will help us bring the joy of music to our school. Whether you give €10 or €100, every cent counts. Together, we can raise the next generation of musicians, storytellers, and cultural ambassadors.
Thank You for Believing in the Power of Music!
Join us in striking the first chord of hope.
