Starbucks Workers Urbana Solidarity Fund

We are the unionized baristas of Starbucks of Urbana, Illinois. We are organizing and taking action for change in our workplace and in our community!

We are up against Starbucks. A company that, despite its progressive image, has been steadfast in its anti-union behavior and has refused to bargain with us in good faith. As a result, collective action has become imperative to our organizing effort. It is how we fight back, harness our power as workers, and put pressure on this company to come to the bargaining table.

The money we raise here will make collective action more accessible. It will enable us to take action without fear of economic retaliation or lost wages, do bigger actions for longer, and arrange more events to connect with community members.
