Hello! My name is Bryan, and I'm making this gofundme for my dear friend and union leader, Alendra Harris. Len was fired the day after a coordinated, nationwide, LEGAL strike against Starbucks, also known as Red Cup Rebellion. Reasons for this strike include raises being illegally kept from us, other partners being fired for minor infractions, low staffing, the company refusing to bargain in good faith, and other union-busting tactics.

Len has been at the forefront of our unionization and helped us successfully become the first Starbucks to unionize in Colorado. The day after our strike, Len was sat down and told she was fired. Len was one of our best workers and is such a major part of our team that our whole staff was devastated. To say Len is a wonderful person would be an understatement, as she is one of the kindest, most passionate people I have ever met. She cares deeply for everyone, and her wanting to make our workplace a better environment by unionizing shows just that. Len is fighting her termination but is losing out on months worth of pay. She could use our help right now; if anyone deserves it, it’s her.
