A Marine Silenced: Stand With Brian McGinnis After the Brutality of March 4th
“No one wants to fight for a war for Israel!”
These were the words that echoed through the Senate Armed Services hearing on March 4th. They weren’t shouted by an outsider, but by a man who knows the cost of the uniform better than most: Brian McGinnis.
Brian is a United States Marine veteran (2000–2004) and a veteran firefighter. He went to the Capitol not just as a citizen, but as a leader demanding accountability for the lives of our sons and daughters.
For the "crime" of speaking this truth, he was met with a level of force that should outrage every North Carolinian and every American.
The Assault on Democracy
In a scene that has now gone viral, Brian was forcibly seized and violently dragged from the hearing room. During the struggle, while his arm was pinned in a doorway, the unthinkable happened: a sickening "snap" was heard as his arm was broken. A Marine who defended our freedoms abroad—and a firefighter who protected our homes—was physically broken in the heart of our government for daring to question the march toward war.
The Fight is Just Beginning
Brian is currently facing a grueling recovery. The damage to his arm is severe, requiring intensive medical treatment and surgery. But while his body may be injured, his resolve is untouched. Even from a hospital bed, Brian’s message remains clear: the American people deserve a choice, not a war.
How You Can Stand With Brian
This is more than a medical fund; it is a stand for the right to dissent. Your support will go directly toward:

Support for His Family: Brian is a father of four; we must ensure his family is taken care of while he cannot work.
The Movement: Helping Brian recover so he can continue his fight for North Carolina and for an anti-war future.
Thank You for Your Courage
To everyone who has shared the video, donated, or sent words of strength: Thank you. You are proving that Brian is not alone.
"They can break a man's arm, but they cannot break his voice. Brian stood for us. Now, North Carolina—and the nation—must stand for him."
With heart and solidarity,
Brian McGinnis family.
