Dear Friends and Family,

We are reaching out to you with heavy hearts but also with hope and faith in the love that surrounds our family. As many of you may already know, Toni has recently been diagnosed with Stage 2 Breast Cancer. The news has been overwhelming, but if you know Toni, you know her strength, resilience, and the light she brings to everyone around her. Her courage, infectious laugh, and loving spirit continue to shine even during this difficult season.

And if you really know Toni, then you know this fight just got personal — because she won’t even trim an inch off her hair, let alone let cancer take it without a battle! That hairstyle has been loyal and untouched for years, and she fully intends to keep it that way. A little humor and a lot of determination are helping carry her through.

She is ready to fight with everything she has, but the road ahead will be physically, emotionally, and financially challenging. Right now, our greatest hope is to help relieve some of that burden so she can focus fully on healing and recovery.

Toni will be using a “Cold Cap” during chemotherapy treatments. The Cold Cap is designed to help reduce hair loss during chemo, but unfortunately it is an out-of-pocket expense that insurance does not cover. The cost is approximately $450 per month for four months, and our immediate goal is to raise $1,800 to help cover this important part of her treatment journey.
