Supporting the Morales Family After Devastating House Fire

The Morales family is the kind of family who shows up for everyone.

They are deeply rooted in family and have the most generous hearts. Our family met them on the football field, and from the very beginning, they stood out. No matter what is going on in their own lives, they are always there, ready to help, ready to support, and always cheering.

They don’t just show up for their own kids. They show up for yours too. Whether it’s football, softball, or basketball, they bring encouragement, positivity, and genuine care to everyone around them.

Now it’s our turn to show up for them.

On Friday afternoon, while attending Sophia’s flag football game, they received a call from a neighbor that their home was filled with smoke. The neighbor quickly called 911, and within minutes, the fire department arrived and was able to put out the fire.

At this time, the cause is believed to be electrical, though still unconfirmed.

The fire caused significant damage, burning through the dining room and living room. The entire home has been impacted by heavy smoke and soot, making it unlivable for the time being.

They are still waiting to hear from their insurance company and do not yet know what will be covered or how long the rebuilding process will take.

Right now, their focus is on their three children:

They are doing everything they can to help them process this sudden loss while creating a sense of stability and comfort during an incredibly difficult time. Julio and Josie are staying strong for their family, leaning on their faith and trusting God to carry them through. They are deeply grateful for the outpouring of love and support already shown and feel incredibly blessed to be surrounded by such an amazing community.

As they begin what will be a long road to recovery, any support, whether through donations, prayers, or sharing this page, means more than words can express.
