I am trying to raise money to help my son to be able to go before and talk to a judge about the things that are going on in the custody situation. Things have become really bad for him emotionally.
We are needing to raise $3000 that is how much is needed just to start the process. We have an attorney lined up ready. We just have to get the retainer so we can submit papers to court and to get ready for the judge.

I know a lot of you know , some of my story , some of you may not. I'm Tabitha , I am 38. I was diagnosed at 15 with Osteocarcoma, which is bone cancer. I am a single mom and disabled.
I had a tumor in my tibia , my right leg. I had surgery back in 2005 to remove the tumor and part of my bone and I have a donor bone a titanium plate and screws in my right leg. I started physical therapy several months after , and ended up on a machine, I should not have been on where the machine was on that part of my bone, that they were reconstructing to the donor bone, and the titanium plate broke and everything shifted in my leg. So I had to have another surgery in 2006. After my surgery, 6 to 8 months had passed and the doctor told me I could start working. I was supposed to be able to rest and elevate my leg every hour for 5 to 10 minutes, and the workplace did not follow the doctors notes or instruction and I tore a tendon and had to have a knee replacement in 2007. Because of my initial surgery, the doctor thought I was done growing.So he did not put in a growth plate. However , I was not done growing and for the last twenty years , I have had to walk with a very bad limp because my right leg has been shorter than my left. In 2023 i was introduced to a wonderful doctor. In Charlotte, who went in and did my knee revision that I had to have after 18 years and added so that my legs would be even. Now, my body is trying to readjust from all of the years and I have been having severe back problems and hip problems. They are going to be referring me to a back specialist.
During all of this , my mother ended up having a heart attack when I was seventeen and just got finished having all of my surgeries and she passed away.
I was told because of all of the chemo that I had. I could not have children. My mother always said that only God knows and that I would have a son with red hair and freckles and would name him Logan Blaze. My mother was right 26 years old. I found out I was pregnant with my son. Who is now going to be turning thirteen. He has been tossed back and forth.
