Hello, my name is Sholom Rosner.
Earlier this week, I was the victim of a violent antisemitic attack on Kingston Avenue, during which I was stabbed multiple times in the chest. By the grace of G-d, I survived, but the experience has been extremely traumatic, both physically and emotionally.
I am currently recovering slowly, and doctors have made it clear that it will take time before I am able to fully heal and return to normal daily life. Unfortunately, due to these unforeseen circumstances and my inability to work while recovering, I was also let go from my job today.
This has placed me in a very difficult and uncertain position. As I focus on healing and regaining my strength, I am facing mounting financial and personal challenges. I am reaching out with humility to ask for help and support during this incredibly hard time. Any assistance, whether financial or otherwise, would mean more than I can express and would allow me to focus on recovery without the constant worry of how I will get back on my feet.
Sharleen Tey will be collecting funds from this fundraiser on my behalf and transferring the funds to me.
