Shan is a man whose life has always been defined by love, service, and family. He is a devoted husband, a deeply loving son, a caring brother, and an uncle who absolutely adores his 7-year-old nephew. He also shares a special bond with his Aunt, whom he lovingly considers his second mother. His family is the center of his world, and he has always been someone who shows up for them in every way he can.

Beyond his home, Shan has spent years quietly serving his community, especially the seniors in his neighborhood who rely on him. From helping them with groceries, making sure they get to the local prayer hall, and supporting them in fulfilling their religious obligations, Shan has always stepped forward without hesitation. His kindness has touched countless lives.

Everything changed suddenly when Shan was diagnosed with liver cancer. On December 19, 2025, he was rushed to the hospital, and by January 17, 2026, doctors delivered the devastating news that the cancer had spread throughout his entire liver. After only two rounds of chemotherapy, his medical team made the heartbreaking decision to stop treatment, as it was no longer effective.

This rapid, unexpected decline has left Shan and his family facing an incredibly difficult and emotional journey. Through it all, they are holding onto love, faith, and the strength they have always shared with one another.
