Luke was involved in a devastating car accident and had to be airlifted to the hospital in critical condition. He suffered a broken neck, a broken back, a spleen injury, internal abdominal bleeding, a kidney injury, a left shoulder separation, and other injuries. He is currently being closely monitored and has a long and uncertain road to recovery ahead of him.

As if this situation isn’t already overwhelming, Luke and his girlfriend, Chloe, are expecting their baby in June. They were preparing to celebrate their baby shower, but due to the accident, it had to be canceled. In a moment that should be filled with joy and anticipation, they are instead facing fear, pain, and the unknown. Luke has a long journey ahead—surgeries, rehabilitation, and healing that will take time. During this time, he will be unable to work, and the financial burden of medical bills, daily expenses, and preparing for a newborn is quickly adding up.
