Amig@s, I know so many of us are supporting loved ones, neighbors, and community organizations that are doing so much during these turmoiled times.

Now our dear friends, Ivi and Felix (Ramon), active advocates and supporters of our community, are the ones needing all our support to face the immense legal immigration fees for Ivi’s brother affected by the predatory practices of ICE in our own neighborhoods.

He spent the last 30+ years in the USA and was recently detained and at the risk of being deported. This would mean leaving his own family and relatives here… and ‘returning’ to a place where there is little to no support.

The Federal Administration policies have made the economic insecurity even worse cutting funds to non-profits, impacting directly Ivi and Felix.
