My name is Erin Trask, and I never imagined I would be writing something like this.

My husband recently passed away by suicide in our home with me on February 27th, 2026. He was the sole provider for our household, and his sudden loss has left me grieving while also facing an immediate financial crisis.

In the midst of shock and heartbreak, I am now trying to secure stable housing for my daughter Ava (9 years old) and I. Without his income, I am unable to maintain our current living situation and need help covering the costs of moving into a new place, including deposits, first month’s rent, and basic living expenses as I work to rebuild.

This is one of the hardest seasons of my life. I am doing my best to stay strong and take the next right steps forward, but I cannot do this alone.
