Three months earlier than expected, our twin grandsons entered this world—tiny, fragile, and fighting for their lives from their very first breath.

Their parents, Jason and Michaela Bowman, a devoted young couple who were eagerly preparing to welcome their babies home, were suddenly thrown into a world no parent is ever ready for: NICU alarms, daily uncertainty, and the constant fear that comes with watching your children struggle to do what should come naturally—breathe, eat, grow.

Every day, they sit beside incubators, whispering love, praying, and holding onto hope. They celebrate the smallest victories most of us take for granted: a good oxygen reading, a little weight gain, a peaceful night.

While their hearts are focused entirely on their sons’ survival, the financial weight has become overwhelming. Extended hospital stays, medical bills, time away from work, travel costs, and everyday expenses don’t stop just because life has taken an unexpected turn.

These parents are doing everything they can—but they cannot do this alone.
