My name is Rose Foley, I have a very dear friend named Cathy who has battled with stage 3 lung cancer for some time now. She has recently lost her husband and he left her the house. Cathy had not know that her husband had mortgaged the house 5 times on a balloon mortgage. She has now been left with these bills on top of her medical bills and soon Cathy will have to leave her home. She has very little to live on as is and has no where she is able to go.
