Our Beloved Dwight "Ike" Killen unexpectedly passed away Monday May 1, 2017. This came as a big surprise for his family and friends considering he just celebrated his 57th birthday a few days earlier and was at the Ives Reunion a few weeks before that. He nor his family was prepared for this, we are all devastated! Ikey was always the life of the party! Willing to help his family or friends whenever they needed it. We will always remember him by his catch praise "Hollywood". This has left his sister Denise heart broken she has lost her best friend and business partner. Unfortunately the family is not financially prepared for the cost either. This has left Denise pulling funds together for the cremation and memorial cost. If anyone of Ike's friends are able to contribute to the fund for Ike's Memorial it would be greatly appreciated and at the same time help ease some of the pain the family is dealing with. Loss is extremely hard to deal with especially when someone was taken before their time. Thank you in advance for your condolences, well wishes and generosity.

I just wanted to say a huge thank you from the bottom of my heart to all the people who have already taken the time to donate what they can. I cant even begin to describe how grateful and blessed I am to know how many people out there are willing to help. I would like to update everyone on whats been happening since I made this gofundme. May 19th was the day my mom had brain surgery where her skull was cut into and a piece of her brain was taken out to be tested in order to finally put a name to this heartbreaking disease. I dont think I have ever experienced as much anxiety in my life as I did during the 3 hour invasive process that could have taken my mom from me. Thankfully, she was released the next day with some staples, stiches, a shaved head, and a smile on her face. I will never forget that feeling I got, of pure gratitude for everything running smoothly and my mom being able to come home. On May 21st, sunday night just two days after the surgery, my dad was cleaning up the kitchen after cooking dinner for my mom and him when he heard a clicking sound coming from outside where my mom had just gone. Confused about what that sound was he looked out the window to find my mom slumped over having a siezure. Panicked, he called 911 and had her rushed back to the hospital  My name is Kayla and I desperately need help raising money for my sick mother. She is 48 years old and has been suffering from some kind of brain degenerative disease making simple everyday tasks difficult for her. She can no longer drive and has been disabled and unemployed for about 5 years making it difficult on my dad to support my family alone. It has taken over her mind and completely changed who she is, she doesnt remmeber anything and suffers from body aches all the way down her spine making it very difficult for her to walk. After going to several different doctors in an attempt to figure out what might be wrong, there still has been no conclusion or diagnosis leaving us in the dark with what to do next to help her. A family member of ours has recently reached out to inform us of a way she thinks might help my mom get better. It is tumeric supplement and water purifying device that produces ionized alkaline water through electrolysis known as Kangen water. If you are reading this, I reccommend you look up what this is and what miracles have come from drinking this water including reversing the spread of cancer. It broke my heart to hear my mom say all she wants for mothers day is to get better. Help me help my mom become herself again, it doesnt hurt to try and all I'm asking for is $5,000 for the cost of the device to put in our home and we would also like to be able to hire someone to take care and help get my mom where she needs to be since my dad works 12 hour days and I am still in school. She has been the strongest women I've ever known and it crushes me to see her like this. Anything helps. Thank you so much.
