Our family is reaching out during one of the hardest times we’ve ever faced.

Over a year ago, Bret was diagnosed with colon cancer. From that day on, he’s faced every challenge with quiet strength and determination. He’s undergone surgeries, multiple rounds of chemotherapy, and tried every treatment available — holding onto hope through it all. No matter how tough it got, Bret kept showing up for his family with love, humor, and that same steady presence he’s always been known for.

Now, after a long and difficult fight, doctors have told us there are no more treatment options left. Bret has entered end-of-life care, and our focus has shifted to keeping him comfortable, surrounded by those who love him most.

This past year has taken a heavy toll — emotionally, physically, and financially. Between medical bills, hospice care, and time away from work, the costs have added up quickly. We’re asking for any support you can give to help ease some of that burden. Every donation, share, and kind message truly makes a difference.

Bret means so much to so many — he’s a devoted father, partner, and friend, known for his big heart, loyalty, and dry sense of humor. We want to make sure the time is spent in peace and comfort, without the added stress of financial worry.
