STARS (Standing Together Assisting Refugee Students) is launching a fundraising campaign to support newly arrived refugee students and their families in the US as they adjust to life in a new country.

For many refugee families, the first months in a new community can be extremely difficult. Students often arrive without basic school supplies, and families may be facing financial instability while working to rebuild their lives.

Through this campaign, STARS will use 100% of donations to provide essential support for refugee students and their families, including:

• School supplies such as backpacks, notebooks, pencils, and calculators

• Educational materials to help students succeed in their new schools

• Food support for families experiencing financial hardship during their transition

Our goal is to help refugee students start their educational journey with dignity, stability, and hope.

Every contribution—no matter the size—helps ensure that refugee children and their families have the resources they need to succeed and feel welcomed in their new community.
