I am a single parent who fought through the wreckage of a toxic marriage to build a sovereign life. To provide the best for my child—who is now a high-functioning adult in a high-level U.S. military position—I earned my undergraduate and graduate degrees and climbed the corporate ladder into a Senior Director role. I didn't take from the system; I mastered it.

I recently walked away from my career because the "leadership" and their morally bankrupt "consultants" (McKinsey & Co.) demanded I participate in the systematic "downsizing" of good people—scrambling brains and treating integrity like a liability. I refused to participate in the toxic gaslighting while the "elites" laundered $22 million in IT scandals, authorized $750 million cover-up payouts in our schools, and drained "homeless funds" for luxury retail.

This is a Call for Restitution.

We are calling out a deliberate strategy of Engineered Disengagement and Constructive Dismissal—a process where leadership creates a hostile environment and strips responsibilities to compel the "Wicked Smart" to resign. This behavior constitutes a serious violation of labor laws and is a direct result of retaliation against those who voiced concerns about the systemic rot at the top.

To the government officials and corporate "masters" currently watching the "Iceberg" melt: This is your chance to balance the scales. Consider your contribution an act of "energy clearing" for the damage your "lame excuses" and toxic grids have done to families who actually did the work.

We are no longer "resources" to be managed. We are the Anchors of the New Frequency.
