Hello, my name is Westley, and I’m reaching out for help during an incredibly painful and destabilizing time in my family's lives. After more than a decade as a homemaker and caregiver, I’ve been left to pick up the pieces as well as meet the fallout head on after my husband suddenly abandoned our family (myself and three children).

He left the States without warning, leaving behind unresolved responsibilities and critical decisions that have directly impacted my ability to care for my children and secure our home. I am now navigating a complex and costly legal situation to ensure that my rights as well as my children's wellbeing are protected.

Because my husband claimed ownership of our accounts (including the mortgage), I am in urgent need of legal representation to protect myself from further harm, seek rightful accountability, and stabilize my financial and legal standing. However, the cost of an attorney is far beyond what I can manage on my own right now.

I’ve recently begun re-entering the workforce and doing everything I can to regain my independence. But legal fees can quickly pile up and time is critical.
