Stand with Vincent's Family Through Hardship

Hello family, friends, and all other individuals who are managing to see this fundraiser. My name is Vincent Holden and I am from Vancouver, Washington. It is with a heavy heart that I am sitting here typing this to tell you all about what my little family has been going through and have decided that at this time in our lives, we need some help. For many of you who know me, I don't like to ask for help and I like to make it on my own, but it's at the point where if I don't ask for help, we may not get back on our feet for quite some time.
On the morning of Tuesday, May 7th, my family has had to evacuate our 3 bedroom apartment that flooded due to a pipe burst. With no help from our apartment complex management other than shoving our family of 4 into a 2 bedroom apartment (at no discounted rate), my pregnant girlfriend Destiny and I were told that we had from Wednesday, May 8th until Monday, May 13th to move all of our belongings from one apartment to the other before mitigation, otherwise we would lose any belongings left behind starting on the 13th. During this time, we both had to take a leave away from work for the entire week as we work Wednesday - Saturday. We spent every day, day and night doing nothing but moving back and forth, dozens of times per day to save our belongings. Due to having so much on our plate with dealing with work and taking care of Destiny's 2 children (age 6 and age 14) on our days off of work, there was an unknown lapse in our renters insurance, which I had set on auto renewal, but it seemed to be that an insufficient amount of money in the bank was a cause for it to not renew. So due to this, there was no coverage and renters insurance was not able to help us recover from lost wages, lost belongings, or expenses.
Fast forward a couple of weeks later, the night of May 29th, I had found out that my childhood and long time best friend of 26 years had passed away unexpectedly due to health complications and I had to take a couple of days off, unpaid, to grieve my loss.
Fast forward again to Wednesday July 3rd, Destiny and I go to her ultrasound appointment to get an ultrasound of our 9 week pregnancy, or what was supposed to be 9 week. After a long wait in the exam room, the doctor is brought in to tell us the news that broke us. I remember the doctor saying to us "The fetus has not provided us a heartbeat and it has not shown any growth beyond 6 weeks. This is a confirmed miscarriage". These are the words of every parents nightmare. I once was excited to officially be a biological dad to my own first child, but now I feel like that was stripped of me. This baby was taken from me and my family and yet again, we are in the grieving process of our loss, and yet again having to take time off of work to do so.
With all of these tragic events just stacking up and stacking up, it's becoming harder and harder to keep up with rent and bills. I love my family, so I'm putting away my pride to do what's right for them and seek the help we desperately need. If you are reading this and can't help monetarily, please consider sharing this and passing our story on so we can try to get back on track to living a normal life.
All funds raised will go towards over due bills, medical bills, rent, an urn for cremation, or for a proper burial for our lost baby.
