We are Donald and Aaryn Mercer, a devoted married couple raising six incredible kids and fighting every day to give them the love, safety, and stability they deserve.

For over five years, Donald has been battling parental alienation at the hands of his ex-wife. Despite a court-ordered parenting plan, Heather has repeatedly refused visitation, withheld communication, and emotionally manipulated the children to keep them from their father. This has caused deep emotional damage and forced us into an expensive, painful legal fight—one we never should have had to endure. We have clear documentation of these ongoing violations, including text message evidence and a detailed history of defied court orders.

In addition to raising our two biological children and Donald’s children from his previous relationship, we were recently granted temporary custody of our daughter’s best friend—a brave teen who revealed that she was experiencing sexual abuse. We opened our doors and our hearts to her without hesitation, but now we are faced with the very real financial strain of doing what’s right.

We are now responsible for six children, and we’re doing everything in our power to ensure they have:

- A safe, loving, and stable home

- Access to education, clothing, food, and mental health support

- A chance to heal from the trauma they’ve experienced

- Legal protection and justice through the courts
