Hi, we are the Juan Manuel family. We were a family of 6 till our father was unfortunately detained by ICE. He is a hardworking, well-respected husband/father who has always puts us first no matter what. Now that he is gone, we are left very distraught and stressed.

Our mother, who used to work, is not able to do so because of her legs. She went through an intense surgery in September of last year, leaving her unable to walk and roam properly. She will continue to go to more appointments and will have one last surgery soon. We still have medical bills to pay off, and now I (the eldest son) and my brother will have to work more to be able to support our family. My brother is in school, so he cannot work as much as he can. But we will still do our best to get through this situation.

Our goal will allow us to pay the rest of her current and future medical expenses as well as give us some time to figure out how to overcome our situation. We are extremely grateful for any and every donation made. We are aware that others have also been affected by this same situation, and we pray and hope that we will all get through this together.
