Tommy is a sweet, kind-hearted young man who is building his life here. He entered the US legally and followed the immigration process and has always done everything asked of him.

Yet today, 11.25.25, on the morning of what was supposed to be his routine green card interview with Lucas in San Diego, ICE unexpectedly detained him. Our family, along with his spouse Lucas, is devastated and in shock.
