Hello, My name is Sophia Riviello. On October 14th, 2025, my friend Thiago Ribero was detained by ICE agents on his way to work. Thiago, his wife, and his son have been close friends of my family for years. I met Thiago and his wife after teaching their son. It was evident what loving and supportive parents they were after working with their child. They are some of the hardest working people I have ever met. I could not think of a family less deserving of this. Some of my best nights here have been spent at their dinner table, sharing dinner and laughter. This event has left us all completely devastated, and his wife and son are in need of our support. Any funds raised will go towards Thiago’s wife and she attempts to get their affairs in order. This includes funds for legal defense, bonds to secure his release, and any immediate needs the family needs
