Please help the Heredia Family fight for their immigration case.
Jesus Heredia, father of three, was picked up from a Home Depot on October 1st, 2025. He was detained by at least three ununiformed individuals who refused to show a warrant or identify themselves. He was then forcefully turned into ICE custody where he was held for 3 months.
Jesus was recently released under Habeas Corpus. Although he has been released, he must continue to fight his immigration process in hopes of obtaining a legal status based on his clean background and proven tax history.
Additionally, while being in custody, Jesus's health was significantly affected and only worsened while detained. Jesus is the breadwinner of the family and after being released he ended up in the ER where he was found to need surgery. The situation has caused a major financial crisis for the family. Mom is unable to work because she must care for their special needs son who has cerebral palsy, cortical blindness, and is epileptic. Currently, the only person working is their daughter, Yazmin (20), who is in college and can only work part-time. Jesus will be unable to work for six weeks after surgery, which will be performed this Wednesday, January 21st, 2026.
We need help covering attorney and legal fees that are at least $25,000, plus help with covering living expenses and medical expenses. Yazmin is unable to cover all their expenses. We need your help; every dollar counts.
